Meet Joshua Klauck, owner of Northern Coffeeworks and Angry Catfish Bicycle and Coffee Bar. Josh is an avid biker, fly fisher, coffee drinker, and entrepreneur. In this episode we'll talk about the great outdoors, bicycles, opening a coffeeshop (or two), developing roaster relationships, and pairing high quality food with exceptional coffee. Joining us in the second half of the show is Kevin Burk, head of operations at Northern Coffeeworks. Kevin will guide us through some coffee extraction science and the importance of something called Total Dissolved Solids (TDS).
